Team 21 is comprised of a group of volunteers that raise awareness about Down syndrome and funds for programs that help these individuals thrive. Down syndrome is a genetic condition in which a person has 47 chromosomes instead of the usual 46. In most cases, Down syndrome occurs when there is an extra copy of chromosome 21. The extra chromosome causes physical and developmental delays.
Rover.com helps you find a real home for your dog to stay while you travel. Founded on the belief that dogs deserve to stay in safe, loving homes while their owners travel, Rover.com is building a community of dog-lovers to fulfill that vision. Started and run by dog owners/fanatics, Rover.com is enabling a cage-free experience for dogs, at a more affordable price for their humans than traditional options for boarding a dog, and taking the guilt out of the decision to leave Rover home.
When a DockDogs® competitor, a loved one, or a competitor’s precious competition pet is in need, we are there. Because of your generosity, B.A.A.R.K. can enable people to cope with the difficult challenges that life brings. United under the banner of Basic Assistance And Recovery Kindness, we bring grantees and donors together in a network that promotes the community spirit, compassion and support of the DockDogs family.
Founded in 2006 by Cera Reusser, Chase Away K9 Cancer brings together people and dogs from all walks of life to combat and eventually defeat this horrible disease. We are a grassroots effort where donations and net proceeds from merchandise fund canine cancer studies and awareness efforts.
Chase Away K9 Cancer also aims to build a community where people can find comfort and understanding; where no one will say “it’s just a dog” and where we can honor the efforts of our volunteers and the dogs that they love.
