By submitting this application for membership in MOKAN DockDogs, the applicant attests to and understands the following stipulations: MOKAN DockDogs, its officers, other members, nor practice property owner are not responsible for any personal injury or damage to members’ personal property (including dogs). Dogs attending and participating in MOKAN DockDogs events, including practices, are current on all state and/or county required inoculations and vaccinations, and have no known aggressive tendencies. I would like to become a member of the MOKAN DockDogs. I agree to abide by the rules of the Club and those of Dog Docks Inc.
